Ballast Point Preps for IPO Debut

Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits has filed an S-1 form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its initial public offering (IPO). No terms were given in the filing, but the offering is valued up to $172.5 million. The company intends to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol PINT.   • Bartender’s Choice: You never know what you’re going to get!

Sunday:

  • Beer Church: This week we’ll be pouring Scotch de Silly for Beer Church. It will be on draft but we also have bottles of it if you’d like to take some home. This ale is Brasserie Silly’s Belgian interpretation of a Scotch Ale/ Wee Heavy. A truly unique beer in a stylish glass! First mass is at 1 PM and second mass is at 8 PM
